When DEEO Studio rebranded Think Company in 2026, a full brand transformation meant brand strategy, content strategy, visual identity, website design, and development, a custom AI agent, video production, motion graphics, social assets, a billboard, digital advertising, and custom AI content creation tool.
We call a full brand and web project a journey for a reason. It is an immersive process that starts with spending time getting to know your brand at its core. With Think we had extensive discovery and strategy sessions workshopping voice, tone, and visual direction before locking any brand details in.
For Think, this was about a refocus. The brand wasn’t about showcasing their services, it was about their people, their experience, and their story. The brand had to amplify Think’s voice, so we built a clear POV based on their values and philosophy. That POV was the foundation that everything was built from—the content structures, an expressive, bold, unapologetic, approachable design system, to the digital experience where users can navigate seamlessly and through a custom AI agent built on Think’s own voice and content.
What creative deliverables were produced as part of this engagement?
For Think Company, DEEO Studio delivered a complete brand design system—from logo refinement and style guide to website, social and marketing assets, custom motion, 3D graphics, and videography guidelines.
The creative approach for Think Company was to create something that could be felt as much as seen. The brand energy is expressive, dynamic, and bold, while staying accessible and warm. The system is constantly mindful of its balance between reflecting Think’s confidence with their humanity. That balance lives in every detail.
What is a brand AI agent and how does it work on a website?
For Think Company, DEEO Studio built a custom brand AI agent powered by Google Gemini. Think Agent is a fully immersive, on-site experience trained on Think’s voice, content, and expertise, designed to answer any question a user might have about the company, its services, and its work.
The entire idea started with one question: What even is a website?
We knew we could create a better experience for users coming to Think Company’s website. The new site had to push beyond conventional navigation pathways and consider each user’s relationship to Think.
Instead of putting the navigational burden solely on the user, we meet each user where they are, providing a unique experience to match their exact needs. The Think Agent pulls from Think’s live website content as well as dedicated “agent-only” content, material created specifically to ensure the Agent is always working from the most accurate, up-to-date information.
The result is a brand AI agent that sounds like Think, thinks like Think, and puts the user first. Not a technical add-on. A brand decision.
How long does a complete rebrand and website redesign take?
DEEO Studio completed the full Think Company rebrand and website redesign in nine months, from kickoff in January 2026 to launch in September 2026.
Large-scale brand and web projects of this scope typically take twelve months or more. Our goal from the start was to move efficiently. For Think, that meant we prioritized spending more time discussing creative ideas and the strategy behind innovative decisions. That meant a streamlined process focused on collaborative working sessions where decisions were made in real-time versus extended revision cycles. We wanted to make space for creative time, while cutting down on meeting bloat.
How do you rebrand a consulting firm without losing what makes them unique?
When DEEO Studio set out to rebrand Think Company, the focus was to stop leading with services and start leading with the people behind them. The shift wasn’t about changing who Think was, it was about surfacing what made them so special.
Getting there required honesty. We did a lot of digging to find the strongest parts of the brand and built on them in a way that represented not just who they were, but where they were going.
Our approach was to treat the Think brand as a person. What would their core values and characteristics be? Their expertise, their judgment, their ability to balance complex problem solving with human empathy. Once we found them, we amplified them.
What we created was a Think that is deeply human.
