Design Strategy & Approach
Our goal with the new brand strategy and design is to balance approachability with sophistication—showcasing Adapptor’s capabilities while conveying innovation and boldness. To elevate their brand, DEEO introduced a refined typographic system, an expanded color palette, and overall creative direction that highlights what makes Adapptor truly unique: unmatched expertise paired with a quirky, confident personality. Conceptually, the brand leverages glass and its refraction as a core visual element, symbolizing Adapptor’s expertise in crafting apps that are experienced through light-emitting pixels viewed through glass screens.
3D Graphics & Animations
Adapptor challenged us to elevate their web presence with immersive 3D graphics and animations that enhance the user experience. Empowered by creative freedom, we explored bold ideas, crafting custom visuals and animations that amplify—rather than distract from—their brand. Our approach led to a design strategy that showcases the exceptional caliber of work Adapptor delivers, creating a digital experience full of motion and depth. DEEO utilized Unicorn.studio and Spline to create custom 3D graphics and animations.
Website System & Interaction Design
We love that Adapptor embraces a darker-themed website—a bold choice that mirrors the quality and sophistication of their work. Together, we crafted a user flow designed to embody their philosophy and highlight their approach, paired with design elements and content structure that convey professionalism and personality.
Key features include a responsive sticky navigation that adapts seamlessly on scroll, a unique cursor interaction tailored to each component, and smooth animations and transitions that enhance the overall experience. This intentional design system not only elevates their web presence but also amplifies their visibility and impact.
Built with Framer CMS
Adapptor specifically connected with DEEO because of our expertise building in Framer. Using Framer enabled us to build a scalable global component system without compromising on innovative design, user experience, accessibility, or usability. The result is a website that effortlessly manages diverse content types. From detailed case studies to insights into their team dynamics, the website reflects Adapptor’s unique identity and delivers an intuitive, engaging experience for their audience.
